Cancellation Policy
1. Membership Validity All memberships and class packages are valid only for the period specified at the time of purchase. Unused classes expire after the membership period ends. 2. No Refunds All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. 3. Class Reservations Due to limited space, advance booking may be required for some classes. 4. Missed Classes Missed classes are not guaranteed to be rescheduled or credited, unless stated otherwise in a specific plan. 5. Health Acknowledgement By purchasing a membership or attending classes, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in dance and fitness activities and have no medical restrictions. 6. Liability Waiver Participation in dance classes involves physical activity and risk of injury. By attending classes, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree that Dance Town and its instructors are not liable for injuries or accidents that may occur during participation. 7. Schedule Changes Dance Town reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or class formats if necessary. 8. Photo & Video Release By attending classes, you grant Dance Town permission to use photos or videos taken during classes for promotional purposes. 9. Studio Conduct Students are expected to respect instructors and fellow dancers. Dance Town reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior. 10. Agreement to Policies By purchasing a membership or attending a class, you confirm that you have read and agree to all studio policies.
